Policies, Pricing, and Fees
1.1 Payment Policies
All payments for fuel deliveries or services are due at the time of the delivery or upon completion of service.
1.2 Cash Payments Policy
Cash payments may be made for fuel deliveries or service appointments. Cash may not be left unattended at the property and must be handed directly to the fuel driver or service technician. Fuel drivers or service technicians do not carry change for cash payments. If you overpay for a cash payment, a credit will be issued on your account to be used for future purchases.
1.3 Credit Debit Card Payment Policy
There are NO processing fees for credit or debit card transactions. Accepted cards include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. If you are placing a fuel delivery for a set amount of gallons, your card payment will be processed prior to the delivery. In the event that your tank does not take the preordered gallons, a refund will be issued back to your card within 24 hours of the delivery. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will return to your account statement within 2-3 business days.
If you are ordering a fill-up, your card will be processed after the delivery has taken place. This payment will be processed the same day that the delivery has occurred.
In the event of a declined payment, our office will make 3 attempts to collect before pursuing further action.
1.4 Check Payment Policy
A customer may leave a check for a delivery if they have had 3 consecutive recent deliveries or services. If ordering a fill-up, you may leave the amount blank and write "For Deposit Only" on the back of the check. The fuel driver will then write in the correct amount for the check based on the actual gallons delivered. A metered ticket with the actual gallons delivered will be left at the property. A bounced check is subject to a $35 bank fee.
All new customers are eligible to receive 5 cents off per gallon on their first delivery of at least 100 gallons.
New customers are required to order a set amount of gallons (i.e 100, 150, etc) and must prepay with a debit or credit card prior to each of their first three deliveries. After three consecutive recent deliveries, customers may choose to have their tank filled or may leave a check.

The daily price for heating oil and kerosene is and will always be accurately displayed on our website.
In the event that a price change occurs, the price that you are quoted at the time of ordering and confirming your delivery request is the price that you will be charged.
Pricing will be honored for up to three business days from the date of the original request. Example: If you call to place an order on a Monday, that price will be honored up to Wednesday of that current week. If you request a delivery for a future date, it will be subject to that future date's pricing.
Discounts may not be combined and the higher value discount will be applied.
5.1 All service appointment payments are due at the completion of the agreed upon service.
5.2 If a tenant or resident of the building is not at the property at the time of the service, they must leave clear instructions on how to access the system, give verbal consent to enter the property at the agreed upon time for the agreed upon services, and the homeowner or resident must be available by phone during the appointment to discuss any issues or concerns the technician may have.
5.3 If a service is completed and there is an issue with the system that presents within 7 calendar days of the last service, the service fee will be evaluated to see if the problem is a direct result of the previous performed service. At that time the technician will make a professional evaluation and determine if the issue was caused by the service. If they find that the issue is a result of the previous service, it will result in a waived service charge. If they find that the issue is unrelated, then the service fee will be applied. Any service calls that are performed after 7 calendar days from the date of last service are subject to the service fee charge.
5.4 All service appointments and services performed are nonrefundable.
5.5 If a service order is not paid at the time of service, there will be a $5/day late fee applied to the work order.
