A: Our Custom Budget Plan is designed for customers who prefer smaller, predictable payments throughout the year. You choose the amount you’d like to contribute each month — for example, $50, $100, or more — and those payments build up as credits on your account.
When a delivery is made, your available credits are applied automatically, and any remaining balance is simply charged to your card on file. No surprises, no fees — just a flexible way to manage your heating costs. Think of it like your own Rinaldi Energy piggy bank.
Our Custom Budget Plan is separate from our contract plans, giving you more control. You can update your monthly payment amount at any time, change your payment date, and more.
