Interested in Automatic Delivery, but not sure how it works? Read below for some of our frequently asked questions about automatic delivery for your home heating oil.

Q: What is automatic delivery?

A: We track your fuel usage for you and deliver to you automatically- this means no calling, no guessing, no running out! Using weather and your past usage, we schedule deliveries automatically to keep your tank full and your home warm. And don't worry- the calculation has a buffer to ensure your tank will never get too low. Automatic customers also get priority deliveries in the winter months.

Q:  How do you pay?

A: You can choose to pay as you receive deliveries, or setup a custom budget where you choose an amount to autopay each month - $50, $100, whatever works for you. This will go towards your delivery and any remaining balance would be billed to you automatically. Our customers love the flexible payment option because it helps plan ahead, and takes the "sting" away from paying for the delivery all at once.

Q: Any contract or fees?

A: Nope! Our standard automatic delivery plan has no contract, no fees, and you can cancel at anytime.

Q: Does it save me money?

A: Yes! Automatic customers get 5 cents off per gallon on every delivery, PLUS we have a $50 offer so you'll get $25 off on your first two automatic deliveries.
